A thorough high powered pressure wash preps the concrete to receive a micro-coat solvent sealer engineered to enhance natural color and increase life.

We only apply sealer through industrial spray coating. While many apply through rolling, spray coating ensures even application at the correct thickness, every time.

How it works

Sealers work by creating a uniform micro-barrier between your concrete and the elements:

-Seals out water, preventing it from freezing and expanding in the slab, causing cracks

-UV stable protection, like sunscreen for your concrete, preventing color damage

-Chemical resistance to motor oil and de-icing salt, stopping stains and flaking

-Solvent solutions highlight the concretes natural color, returning it to its intended look
